  Went in just to get another sample as we realised the one we had was too dark . Both assistants were busy so we waited standing right in front of them no acknowledgement .so we waited 30 minutes later one finished so my husband walked up to him got ignored other assistant came over he talked to her went to sort out her problem still not acknowledged us she stands there shuffling papers I will add were the only other people in the store . Another couple walk in she serves them completely ignoring us . I tell her to cancel our order she's just lost 700 pounds disgusted with this lack of service complained to customer services surprise no contact from them
